Forum Meeting, 14th June: where next?

A letter from the team

Dear Lewes Passion Play Supporter,

The 2015 production has now completed; bills are paid, costumes and set are stored, gratitude for the hours and hours of time and skills freely given to make the production such a success, expressed. We hope that you were able to see some of it - or perhaps might like to buy a copy of the DVD (please contact us if so).

We now need to decide how to move forward.

You are invited to a Lewes Passion Play Forum meeting on Sunday June 14th, 3-5pm, at Eastgate Baptist Church.

This will be an opportunity to discuss the practicalities and legalities of the way forward.

Points to consider:
  • What were the positive  outcomes of  Lewes Passion Play 2015
  • What were the things we learnt or could have been improved
  • Are there other things to do as a Lewes Passion Play group
  • Do we need to maintain a limited company
  • Should we do another Passion Play in 2020 - if so, how should that  be initialised and organised
If you are not able to attend this meeting but have comments you would like to put forward for consideration, please let us know by email or call Eleanor (01273 475438) or Serena (07774 028 306)

Thank you

Eleanor, Serena and the Trustees
